However, without quality core processes, quality management, and quality support services, absolute quality cannot be delivered to the clients. As such, quality is our motto.
Knowing the value of quality, we do not carry out our development/production work in Elvsys in an ad hoc process. We strictly follow Software Development life cycle to ensure that the project is delivered in time without compromising in the quality. We do practices to plan, engineer and manage development and maintenance of the same. We frequently observe the quantitative feedback from the process and proactively introduce innovative ideas and technologies across the organization to meet the business goals. Similarly, our quality council brings together senior client and Elvsys executives collaborating for direction-setting and ensuring quality satisfaction and longevity of relationships. Thus, our quality control structure meets global standard.
Elvsys maintains systematic documentation of production life cycle and project management processes and methodologies. Our quality control (qa) department maintains and enhances such documentation in frequent intervals, based on experience gained from project implementation and benchmarking practices and standards. Those documentations are available to all project personnel through the intranet. These documentations include checklists, document templates, and standards and guidelines for pre/post production, coding, interfaces, and output.
